The signatories of the hard out president Satpal Sharma, vice-president Vinay Kumar and Gen. Secretary Javed Mirza have said, that in a democratic step of administration every citizen have a freedom of expression and a fair trail. But in valley rule of law is being thrown to the winds, as certain organizations including Kashmir Bar Association, Srinagar is not allowing any lawyer to represent the alleged accused. The lawyers who tried to represent the accused were threatened by armed men and compelled to leave the valley immediately.
