Stress can be moulded into strength says Dr. Suthra

Jammu, Apr26: Stress can be moulded into strength and the menace can become an unmatchable power if channelised methodically said Aurveda Psychiatry expert, Dr Varun Suthra at a management here today.
The programme framed with the title "Moulding Stress to Strength" was a power point presentation based on Dr. Suthra's research work on 5000 years old Ayurveda Text 'Charka Samhita'. The programmme was attained by the staff and management of Sri Sain Charitable Trust for higher education and chairman of the Trust while Dr. Roop lal Sharma was chief guest on the occasion .
Dr Suthra explained the root cause fo stress through various examples and demonstraions and gave some instant technique3s and methods to get more fruitful results while working in a stressful condition. He used various shlokas and sounds to improve concentration and mental strength. He said "stress is simply a creation of mind and it can be channelised and utilized by understanding and implementing the mental traits. "You can bring miraculous changes in your life by just following these small sutras of Charka," said Dr Suthra adding 'stress conditions are actually the ordeal we are put into by the God and our extreme potential can be explored by that'.
Many of the participants got relieved form their dilemmas on the spot. Dr Suthra gave some interesting facts like 'how to bath' or 'how to eat' and
Talk to the tree' which enthralled the audience.
Speaking on the occasion Dr Roop Lal Sharma appreciated the new innovative approach of Dr Suthra and said that such events are the burning need of the society and said "I am very glad that a young doctor from institute is disseminating the idea of ancient Ayurveda using modern technology, we shall provide him with all support and very soon the works of Dr Suthra shall be sent of copyright and patent" said Dr Sharma.
