JAMMU, Apr 26: The Pak intruder, apprehended by BSF troops from near the International Border (IB) in Ramgarh sub-sector of Samba late last evening, was mentally unsounded.
He had inadvertently crossed over to this side of the border in Ramgarh, police sources said. No document or any other incriminating material was recovered from his possession, the sources added.
He was handed over to the police today.
