EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Apr 26: President Gandhi peace foundation Radha Bhatt awarded Gandhi youth medal to prof.Among Gangal, Director Gandhian centre for peace and conflicted studies University of Jammu have today. The award has presented to Prof Gangal in recognisation of his services towards Gandhian thoughts. Noted Journalist, Balrah Pari who presided over the function saved , Gandhian non-violent any is a method of brave soldiers, while violent reactions are cowardly and it is non-violence that can prevail beside help the youth to achieve their ends. Radha Bhatt in her addresses said that Mahatma Gandhi's in his younger days in South Africa during his journey in the Train on first class ticket when he was thrown out of the compartment. This was the major turning point in Gandhi's life. Dr. Ellora Puri Associate Professor, Department of Political Science conducted all the proceedings of the interaction while several people from the civil society of Jammu were also present. Among them were noted and famous Gandhian S.P.Verma ,Professor Kulwant kour, Dr.Yog Rah Sharma, Dr Raju Goyal, Dr Mohd Taj-u-din, Dr Balhit Singh and Vishal Sharma and several other were present form among the student Dalip, Tilak Raj, Meebakshi, Pawan, Ajay, Shivali, Pratiyogota, Karan, Nelanjan, Harmeet, Sheetal, Sandeep, and other's were present.
