| JJSF protests out of syllabus paper | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, Apr 26: Jammu Joint Students' Federation (JJSF) today staged a protest at GGM Science College, Jammu against the Jammu University authorities for allegedly setting an out of syllabus paper of Physics -A.
The protest was led by Sahil Choudhary, president, GGM Science College. The students appearing in the said examination assembled outside the Principal Office and shouted slogans against the authorities of Jammu University.
They also burnt the question papers to lodge their protest.
Later, all the students submitted an application to the Principal and Nodal Officer M K Malhotra and sought his intervention in this regard.
According to the press statement, the Principal of the College assured the agitating students to forward their application to university authorities.
Partap Singh Jamwal, state vice president, JJSF said, "Jammu University authorities have been committing mistakes which is posing a big question mark on their functioning. Such mistakes generally add to the problems of the students."
