| Lady dies of shock in Poonch | | House damaged in fire incident | |

Rajouri, Apr 27: A lady died after she a house was completely damaged in a fire incident on Mughal Road in Poonch district. Short circuit of electricity is said to be the reason of the incident. Eyewitness told Early Times that the house of Nazir Ahmed in Behram-Gala village of tehsil Surankote and district Poonch caught fire last evening which completely damaged it.
Villagers said that daughter-in-law of Nazir Ahmed identified as Mehnaz Akhter could not bear the losses and died of heart failure.
Husband of Mehnaz Akhter, Zakir Hussain said that his wife died of shock of the damage as whole of the house was turned into ashes.
He said that the fire erupted due to short circuit and it spread like wild fire in the house and damaged everything in the house.
Though locals tried hard to save some property, they failed. Police have lodged FIR and started investigations.
