| 4 days Painting exhibition by Shivashish inaugurated | | |

JAMMU, Apr 27: "Spirit of Pleasure"-four days solo Drawing and Painting by renowned artist of the state Shivashish was inaugurated today by Inspector General of Police (IGP), Security Dr Ram Lubhaya here today.
Shivashish's paintings are derived from sketches of human figures that he does in routine.
The creation shifts gradually from sketches to compositions. The medium, size, and forms of the work alter while the spontaneity remains unchanged.
Pertinently, he has already organized solo exhibitions in different states of India since 1995, and he has received many awards and scholarships in "Fine Arts" state and national level.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr Ram Lubhaya appreciated the work of Shivashish, and wished him success in future. He also said Shivashish was an inmate of SOS-an orphanage for destitute children.
The works and recognitions gained by Shivashish will also encourage other children of SOS.
On the occasion, art lovers from different fields of the society were present.
