| 2 pilgrims killed, 8 injured in Chadwal | | | Early Times Report JAMMU: Two Vaishno Devi pilgrims were killed and eight others injured after their tempo traveller collided head-on with an army truck at Chadwal, about 65 km from here on the Jammu-Pathankot national highway. The ill-fated tempo traveller, carrying Vaishno Devi pilgrims, was on its way from Delhi to Katra. Police said it collided head-on with an army truck at Chadwal, resulting in the instant death of Pradeep of New Delhi and injuries to eight others. The injured were shifted to the GMC Hospital where Anuj died late tonight. The condition of other injured was stated to be stable. In another tempo traveller accident, 17 persons were injured at Darmari in Reasi. While 13 were admitted to the sub-district hospital, Reasi, four were airlifted to the GMC Hospital here following deterioration in their condition.
