| BJP condemns Doda grenade attack | | |

Jammu, May 2: The State BJP has condemned the grenade attack at the house of Rakesh Kumar at Khangna, Koti village of Doda last night in which Rakesh Kumar and Chuni Lal were seriously injured.
The party has demanded launching of search operation in a big way to flush out the terrorists from the area to instill confidence of the people and improve security situation in the area.
The senior leaders of BJP Dr. Nirmal Singh and Bali Bhagat visited the Govt. Medical College Hospital today and inquired about condition of seriously injured Rakesh Kumar and Chuni Lal who were air lifted today from Doda to GMC Hospital Jammu for treatment.
They interacted with the Hospital administration and impressed upon the concerned Doctors to provide best possible medicare. They also prey for early recovery of the injured.
The leaders demanded ex-gratia relief of rupees one lakh each in favour of the injured and free medical treatment by the Govt.
