| GWA concerned over lack of basic amenities | | |

JAMMU, May 2: A meeting of Gangyal Welfare Association (GWA) held under the chairmanship of its president Baldev Singh Billawaria.
In the meeting, several problems being faced by the inhabitants of Ward Number 56 Gangyal were discussed.
The members expressed their concern over the dilapidated condition of lanes and drains besides poor state of sanitation system.
They alleged that under construction lanes are not being blacktopped for the last six months resulting into pollution and accidents.
The members also alleged that that PWD is ignoring Gangyal area even though many deputations approached the concerned authorities to complete the black topping from National Highway to Sector Number 2 Gangyal and its adjoining lanes.
