| 1 killed, 8 injured in sumo accident | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 4: One person was killed and eight others were injured when the Tata sumo in which they were travelling skidded off the road and fell into a gorge at Dhaman near Rajouri today.
The dead was identified as Zaffar Abbas of Mendhar. The injured were admitted to Rajouri hospital.
Two of the injured were later referred to the GMC Hospital here following deterioration in their condition. Overspeeding was stated to be the reason behind the incident.
