| Army man commits suicide | | | ET REPORT
JAMMU, May 5: In two different incidents occurred in Jammu region one army man committed suicide by shooting himself at Rajouri while in another incident a Border Security Force jawan received accidental fire at Samba.
The army man identified as Ajay Atma Ram posted in 8 Mahar regiment at Tipa post in Keri sector at Rajouri committed suicide by shooting himself with his own service rifle. The reason behind the extreme step has not been ascertained yet.
Meanwhile in another incident a BSF cop identified as Ram Dass son of Radha Swami resident of Himachal Pradesh received accidental gun shot at his right leg during practice.
The cop is posted in BSF 19 battalion. He was rushed to military hospital Satwari where his treatment is in progress.
