JAMMU: Seven senior superintendents of police (SSPs) were today promoted to the rank of deputy inspector generals (DIGs) of police. They included Mukesh Singh, Danish Rana, Munish Kumar Sinha, Sunil Kumar, JP Singh, Rouf-ul-Hassan and Mubarak Ganai. The orders to this effect were issued today.
