| SR School holds workshop on stress-free techniques | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 6: To provide the required break to the students amidst huge academics and entrance pressure, a workshop was organized today in SR Public School to teach the students the techniques to lessen their stress.
The workshop was conducted under the able guidance of Dr Varun Suthra. He imparted various skills to the students to deal with the stress related problems. The workshop also included a few tips and techniques for the students to organize them more appropriately. "The objective of SR Public School is to channalise the energies of the students in such a way that they should utilize their potentialities fully by providing them a stress-free environment. It is the need of today's dynamic world that the students should be able to handle the pressure of studies which gets built over the passage of time," said chairman of the school, Parveen Sharma.
The same was given due emphasis in the workshop. SRians felt a great rejuvenation after attending the first session of the workshop and were all praise for the newly acquired techniques and skills to shed their stress, fears and other phobias.
Earlier, to mark the culmination of the first session of the workshop, Sonica Gupta, Vice Principal of the school thanked Dr Varun Suthra for imparting stress free techniques to everybody present there. |
