Jammu, May 7: Additional Sessions Judge Anticorruption Duni Chand Sagotra after hearing Senior Prosecuting Officer Rohit Gupta granted five days police remand to Patwari Balbir Singh who was caught red-handed on May 6, 2010 while accepting Rs 7000 from the complainant. The accused was produced in Court by VOJ team and seeking his custodial remand for further investigation. Court after going through application filed by the VOJ granted five days police remand with direction to produce the accused in the Court after expiry of time. ----JNF
