"When I had started my preparation for this prestigious examination, I set my target like Arjuna in Mahabharata who pierced the eye of fish by looking downward in a bowl full of oil," Udham said while speaking about his determination and focused attitude that brought him success. Not one to feel complacent about it, he says that his struggle has not ended here."In fact my journey has begun just now as fulfilling the expectations of the people would be the biggest challenge for me," he said. "It is my dream to serve the people particularly backward areas and work for their betterment,", Udham added. Your consistent hard work, intelligence and patience is the main mantra of your success," says an upbeat Vinod Kumar, a KAS officer presently posted as Commercial Taxes Officer who also qualified coveted All India Civil Services Examination (Indian Revenue Services), the results of which were declared yesterday.
