| Symposium on Red Cross day held | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, May 8: On the eve of World Red Cross day a colorful symposium was organised at govt. Hari Singh Higher secondary school here today. Students on the occasion expressed divergent views on the activities and role of Red-cross in the society, especially towards the eradication of suffering of humanity. Speakers also paid Rich tributes to Sir, John Henery Durrant the founder of this movement. Principal of the school, Ashok Kaul distribution prize among the students who took part in the symposium. Students Nomaan of class 10th Tahir Mehmood of class 10th and Rizzim also class begged 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes respected, while consolation prizes were also awarded.
