| OIC’s Un-warranted Interference in Domestic Affairs of India-II | | | A N Bharadwaj
No doubt, that 57-member OIC has never lost an opportunity to crticise and malign India for not handing over Muslim majority populated Kashmir to Islamic Pakistan. It has no status to propose or suggest to India which affects its sovereignty. There are other Muslim dominated pockets in the country, would Pakistan claim over these pockets on the plea as is advanced for Kashmir. It is not justified. India has legal right over the State. Pakistan committed an aggression and occupied some parts of the State through its army and tribal-raiders and converted the State, especially valley into devastation and bloodshed, which has admitted by the UNO also. It advised Pakistan to vacate the territory occupied forcibly in favour of India. Pakistan confessed during pleading against its offence and crime of annihilation. On what basis OIC leaders malign India and plead to grant the status of Kashmiri nation and allow to participate in the dialogue of two nation meeting while they have no legal right to represent the Kashmiri as a nation, which cannot be. They have opted India and will belong to Indian nation. Would Pakistan grant the same status of nation to Baloch, Pakhtoons, Muhajreen, and Sindhis who have been struggling for alienation from the mainstream? This recommendation for resolve the issue will shatter the nation and the existence of the country will be no more. Under this Political delicacy neither India nor Pakistan will allow for further partition of their countries.
These OIC leaders are fully aware that the 3-millions Kurd living in the countries of Iraq, Iran and Turkey belonging to Iraqi, Iranian and Turkish nation separate-wise, who have been struggling since long with tooth and nail to alienate from their respective nation and for granting the status of nation. They wish to get their identity as a sovereign nation in the world, but their agitation organised on this issue is crushed by using all means. There is serious confrontation between Kurds and the ruling leaders of these countries. The attacks and bloody violence are committed for their home-land for making their destiny as a nation. These guardians of the Muslims of the world are reluctant to attend their issue and failed to extend their sympathetic co-operation towards their problem. They have been living in sandwich of these countries. They are suffering extreme oppression and un-told miseries at the junction of the border of these countries at the hands of these rulers who opposed absolutely in denial of granting an independent Kurdistan even autonomy with in the constitution of these countries and went to the extent to ban the teaching of Kurd language and manifest of a separate Kurd culture. They are treated second class inferior citizens which are against the humanity. The people of these countries as well as the Kurds belong to the same Islamic religion; the leaders of the OIC have the moral and political responsibility to pay heed for these people who are the victim of brutal suppression of these countries, but they are helpless being the members of conglomerate organization of many races with specific cultural and civilisaton background which has the members of different ideologies, therefore it is not bound by consensual approach to problems facing the Islamic world, that is not possible at all.
The leaders of the Muslim world harp on for Kashmiri Muslims who already are enjoying better facilities than the Hindus and special status constitutionally under secular democracy. So much so, every issue relating to their life such as religion -way of life, language, culture. economy, education, all-round political freedom and development, under granting of special status, reservation and quota system have been granted to them in the State but that equality has been denied for the people of the PoK by the Pak-ruling leaders and the aliens have swamped it which are questionable. The OIC paper leaders may go ahead and divert their attention to analyze the ground realities of inhuman inferior attitude that they are facing discriminately and it needs to remove this stigma. The human being who has birth right to enjoy natural gift of rights has been denied there totally by the Pak-rulers, but these OIC leaders did not pay any attention to their miseries
and continual resentment for changing the demography of the northern occupied area of the State is resented which engages serious attention. In spite of enjoying so many facilities, these Kashmiri Muslims pushed out minority people of 4-lakhs Kashmiri Hindus from their ancestral places who had been living with close to them since centuries under the influence of Pak-supported terrorism by using the weapon of bloody violent terrorism and massacres, but the OIC pretenders remained mum winkingly which enmasse brutal mindless killings were against the tenet of Islam that teaches peace to the people of the world. The OIC paper-leaders may go ahead to concentrate their attention to analyze the ground realities of committing barbarity towards Kashmiri Hindus and sexual molestation to their women folk. At that critical juncture they were supposed to admonish the Pak-ruling leaders for this act of misdeed instead of interfering unwarrantedly in the domestic affairs of the sovereign country of India, along with they had the moral, social and political responsibility as enjoying the leadership of the Muslim world to condemn Pak-rulers for the inhuman and uncivil and inferior attitude extended for the people of the PoK who were treated discriminately and hatefully like slave which was against humanity. But their shrinking to discharge justiciable responsibility and lop-sided assertions did not create a good impression among the international ruling leaders of the world and lowered down their reputation.
It is ironical that the OIC spokespersons only express worry about Kashmir, Palestine and Afghanistan Muslims where Muslim population is much less than Kurds even then they are not bothered and least interested to support their case on any platform despite belonging their Sunni faith like the other people of Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan and Pakistan; even it failed for this kind cause and evaded even to raise a small finger against the arrest and prosecution of Kurd leader whose crime was to agitate the demand for self-determination for their people and neither protested on the violation of human rights committed against them and nor passed any resolution against the autocratic tyrant rule. It was very strange, besides this reference,, that no word of condemnation was uttered by these OIC, Muslim world leaders on the untold miseries committed by the forces of the U S and the U K on Iraqi PoWs. The Muslim world was enraged over the abuse and torture of Iraqi prisoners by the U S and the British forces at the Al Ghraib prison. The photographs displayed by Tukish Foreign Minister were horrible. He expressed his concern on the issue at every level and platform and told that this campaign was not against any body except depicting the real picture of inhuman and barbaric action against the U S behavior towards these prisoners on international level as well as humanity, but the OIC leaders did not any action on the issue and remained mum. Apart from it, the OIC leaders ignored blindly and did not condemn any resentment deliberately against the massacred of eight thousand Hazaras by Taliban in Heart and Mazar-e-Sharif who had expected a moral support and justice from them. It was surprising that these champions of the Muslim world did not make Pak-rulers accountable for genocide perpetrated in a massive Pak-military operation aimed at crushing Bengali aspirations of autonomy in 1971 that leashed a deadly reign of terror and killed 3-million Bangladeshis and forced another 10-millions to seek refuge across the border in India. The deadly rampage of Pak-rulers and its army was a chilling testimony to the awesome brutality of this massacre, besides these leaders did not raise their voice against the tyrannical oppression perpetrated by Pak-rulers and give balanced justice to Muhajreen of Sindh (Pakistan) who migrated during partition from British India in 1947 from U P and Bihar and whom the Pak-rulers did not give due human respect to assimilate them till date in the Pak-nation for considering them as inferior people, and their self-exiled leader Altaf Hussain, who pleaded for the creation of home-land for granting them identity as a nation under name and style of Jai Sindh to enjoy equal rights in all respects, but Alas! No sympathy was expressed towards this demand.
There is one more heedless instance which will long be remembered in the history of the OIC regarding Bosnia war initiated by it against Yugoslavia, where Muslims suffered a great loss under ethnic terror where in more than one lakh Muslims were slaughtered mercilessly and 2, 70,000- driven out from their ancestral places by suffering heinous crimes but that war calamity could have been averted easily, if they would have taken interest in the sense of responsibility, the bloodshed would have not happened while the peace was at hand; therefore the OIC guardians working for the welfare for the Muslims of the world cannot be absolved from this sin. Their lopsided disposal for human cause has lost the confidence among the ruling leaders of the world; therefore they have no weight in their voice. They have spectacular track
record at their credit. Nothing sort of any report on humanitarian work or any achievements in real terms of improving social, economic, political and educational conditions of Muslims across the globe are available except penchant for unwarranted interference in the internal affairs of other countries. It has always added fuel to the existing tense relations between India and Pakistan instead of exerting its efforts to reduce their difference and console these parties. With out doing home work for advocating any cause does not yield any tangible results, therefore they should go in detail minutely to know the facts of the issue to avoid further bitterness. Under the influence of religion, to support the misleading agitating agenda of the Hurriyat Conference belonging to Pak-lobby, headed by Mirwaiz who persuaded a political demand on the behest of Pakistan to alienate from the main stream of Indian nation, for getting separate identity as a nation who opted to stay with India during partition of British India, was the lopsided support of OIC leaders. He wishes to alienate from the Indian nation as tutored by Pakistani, it cannot be taken in view. The Nation cannot be disintegrated. He further desires to participate in the two nation meeting in the capacity of a third party to represent Kashmiri community as a nation, which is impossible. He cannot participate in the meeting of the representatives of the two nations as he does not represent any nation therefore he has no status to participate in the meeting of two nations. In case the nation is disintegrated and further disintegrated in view of the demand of other community of the nation, the compact of the country will be shattered and the existence of India will be no more. There are so many examples available in the history of the world, where the violent bloody agitation of the community of the nation of the country was crushed with heavy hand and they were not allowed to alienate from the nation at any cost despite merciless killings and horrific bloodshed.
India will never surrender its paramount power or sovereignty in favour of Hurriyat Conference at any cost and will never allow him for encroachment upon its legal right which it has over Kashmir. Any communal and lopsided version of the OIC leaders on the issue of Kashmir with out comparative study will lower down its image internationally and agitate bickering for good for nothing. Any wrong salvo which goes to encourage Pakistan on misleading grounds will change the geographical status of South Asia and also will affect its posture.. It is very sensitive issue. Any version to be uttered on this issue should be quite balanced on the basis of historical documents. It is hoped that they would play their conciliatory role for ever lasting peace as assured by M A Jinnah at the time of granting the status of Muslim nation in the world
