| DOEACC organises certificate distribution function | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 10:An impressive valedictory -cum-certificate distribution function was held at DOEACC Centre at Jammu University campus here today. On the occasion, students who had undergone four months capacity building training course sponsored by J&K State Council for Science & Technology were awarded certificates by Commissioner Secretary to Government Science & Technology Department & IT Atal Dulloo, who was chief guest on the occasion. While speaking on the occasion, the chief guest spoke on the motive and objective behind this capacity building training programme and inspired upon the students to make use of this certificate course in getting employment in private sector. He also informed that in future science & technology department should also sponsor these training courses for the employment and human resource generation.Chief Guest also distributed certificates among the 50 candidates who had undergone four months of training in CCNA course. Speaking on the occasion, D S Oberoi, Scientist/ Engineer-D presented a brief of the course contents which was taught to the students during the four months and the opportunities these students can avail by this capacity building training course in getting employment in government or private sector particularly where networking in banking, e-commerce, and telecommunication is required. The faculty members Kishore Choudhary and Anshu Khajuria has trained the students on 4 modules of CCNA, information security, data communication and also provided practical training to students.
