| Three drown in Mansar lake in two days | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 10: A day after two youth met watery grave in the famous Mansar lake, about 65 km from here in Samba, a special police officer (SPO) today drowned in the lake.
Police sources said SPO Arjun Singh of Chenani was taking bath in the lake when he drowned. Though some people tried to take him out, he could not be saved, the sources added.
He was at present posted as SPO in Chenani police station. Jagdev Singh and Vijay Singh had drowned in the lake yesterday. They too hailed from Chenani. Their bodies were had not been recovered so far.
