| Two persons rescued from bear | | |

Jammu,May 10: Two persons were attacked by bear in the forest area of Pogal in Banihal when they were collecting twigs. However, they were rescued by the Banihal Police and were rushed to the district hospital for treatment.
The identification of the injured have been established as Manzur son of Abdul Wahid and Shokat son of Manzur, both residents of Surankote. Both came to their relatives few days back. Other persons who also accompanied them informed to the police and a police team reached on the spot and resuced them. The injured were later rushed to Ukhral hospital.
