JAMMU, May 11: Police arrested a man at Pangal Kuppar, Katra, today along with 120 litres of lahan and illicit liquor. The accused was identified as Suram Singh of Pangal Kuppar. A case was registered against him. Police said the seized lahan was destroyed on the spot.
