| Coalition government not visible on ground: Mankotia | | Corruption, Prices, Anarchy, Unemployment on rise | | Sandeep Bhat Early Times Report Jammu, May 12: Taking a dig on present NC-Congress coalition government led by Omar Abdullah, the Panther MLA from Udhampur and State President Jammu Kashmir National Panther Party Balwant Singh Mankotia said that the present dispensation has failed to remove the regional discrimination, corruption, high prices, unemployment in the state and added that the present political situation has led to the uncertainity and anarchy. This he said while addressing a press conference in Jammu. He further said that there is no visibility of coalition government on the ground and all the tall claims of so-called leaders of the coalition of eradication of corruption, giving employment opportunities to youth, delimitation of the constituencies, giving basic amenities to the people are not visible. He further said that Panther party is going to launch awakening campaign against terrorism, communalism and corruption. Panther party is going to organize two days delegate session being held at Patnitop (Karlah) on 15th and 16th May 2010 where the Panthers party delegates from Block, District, Provincial and state level shall be meeting to review the present political situation and the uncertainity and anarchy created for non governance, rise of corruption and high prices and unemployment in the state. The convention shall also discuss the fraudulent census 2011, the refusal of government to hold delimitation of the constituencies, regional discrimination and act of suppression and oppression by the government, he said and added that the agenda of the employees, contractual employees, daily wagers particularly SPOs and members of the village defence committees (VDCs) shall be on the board on priority. The Panthers party manifesto on amendment in Article 370 and re-organization of the state, which is the only solution to strengthen state integration with the rest of the country and remove regional discriminations shall be discussed. Others current issues like global warming, education status in J&K, women empowerment, SC,ST and OBC problems, farmers and labourers, issuance of Dogra certificate and refugees and migrants problems shall also be discussed, he concluded.
