| Panthers Party organising delegates session at Patnitop | | | Early Times Report Jammu, May 12: To review the present Political situation, un-certainty anarchy created for non-governance, rise in corruption, un-employment and price hike of essential commodities will be discussed at Panthers parties two day delegate session at Karloh (Patnitop) on May 15 and 16. Addressing a large attended press conference here today Balwant Singh Mankotia, state president JKNPP said that the convention is going to discuss fraudulent census 2011 and refused of to go delimitation of the constituencies and regional discrimination by the government. He said , The Panther Party's manifests on amendment in article 370 and re-organization of the J&K state and remove regional discrimination shall be discussed as these issues are most urgent.
