| JKFF association observe 2nd death anniversary of Ashok Sodhi | | | EArly Times Report Jammu, May 12: The second death anniversary of late Ashok Sodhi, photographer who got killed while performing his professional duty during the militant encounter at Samba was observed by the J&K freedom fighters (JKFF) association here today. JKFF association in a function held at May Fair higher secondary school Chand Nagar, (Gumet) were glowing tributes were paid to late Sodhi, Speaking on the occasion former Minister, Jugal Kishor Sharma, who was the Chief Guest while paying tributes to Sodhi urged the younger generation to follow the footsteps of such persons (Sodhi) who did not hesitate to sacrifice his life while performing the duty. Ved Gandotra who presided over the function paid tributes to Sodhi and asked the people especially youth he vigilant against the enemies of the country. Among others who also paid floral tributes to late Sodhi were Amrit Sagar, Paras Ram Poonchi, Suhail Kazmi Rajesh, Akbar Ali and Sham Kuldeep Gandotra also thanked Geeta Dixit principal of the school, Vijay Kumar, Basur Chairman and Abhay Basur Director for extending cooperation in organising the function.
