| Jodhamal School skaters excel in district meet | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, May 12: Jodhamal Public School excelled in the recently held Jammu District Roller Skating Championship at Shiva Roller Skating Institute, here winning 30 medals in different categories. The medal tally included 13 gold, eight silver and nine bronze. In this five-day long championship, the school fielded a 29-member team. Guruashish Chowdhary was most successful among the participating skaters, who clinched four gold medals. He won medals in 300, 500 and 1000 meters races and in team event of hockey. The medal winners were today congratulated by the Principal of the School, Krishna Bhatia for their superb performance. These skaters were trained by Kamal Anand and Rajiv Kalotra. The Medal Winners: Niati Gupta (two gold and one silver); Anshul Athal (two gold); Zitin Kaul (two silver and one bronze); Muskan Chowdhary (two bronze); Vansh Rajput (silver); Rakshit Saini (gold, silver and bronze); Puneet Singh ( hockey silver); Faiza Chowdhary (hockey gold); Aran Abrol (hockey gold); Shoaib Qasin (hockey gold and one bonze); Chaitanya (hockey bronze); Aakarshak Sethi (hockey bronze); Milan Pal (hockey silver); Guruashish Chowdhary (four gold); Ullas Mahajan (two bronze) and Sheweta Balgotra (silver).
