| Firing on IB at RS Pura | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
Jammu, May 12:Heavy firing started from Pakistan side when 135 Bn of Border Security Force troops on suspicious movement challenged infiltrators along the International Border at RS Pura during late hours tonight. Though the troops claimed that four persons who were trying to infiltrate were forced to step back but inside sources said that two infiltrators made success in their bid.
BSF troops in retaliation also resorted to firing resulting fierce gun battle from both side.Later troops conducted search operation in the border village Abdullian. Sources said that as the double fencing is in progress along International Border Pakistan tried to push anti national elements through its Swargpur post. The search operation was in progress till filing of the report.
