Srinagar, October 16 – The spokesman of the Directorate of Geology and Mining, Srinagar has asked all the contractors who have supplied clay to IRCON International Ltd., from Qazigund to Baramulla to deposit the balance amount on account of royalty within 30 days, failing which action under rules will be initiated against the defaulters.
