9 MADRAS (TRAVANCORE) under the aegis of Krishna Ghati Brigade organized a cricket match between 9 MADRAS (TRAVANCORE) vs Media XI. The match was played under the true sportsman spirit as players of both teams fought hard to snatch a win. Brigadier Gurdeep Singh, Commander Krishan Ghati Brigade was the chief guest on the occasion. Others who were present on the occasion were SDM Mendhar, SDPO Mendhar, Commanding Officers of Garrison units and Civil Administration officials. The match was conducted with a motive to promote sports among the local youth in order to channelise their energy towards constructive activities.
