| Tariq inaugurates 3-day training program | | | JAMMU OCT-16- Chairman Jammu Central Cooperative Bank M S Tariq today inaugurated a 3-day training program on general banking for cashier-cum-clerks on the bank. The training program, seventh of its kind, has been organized at the Bank’s Staff Training Centre at Parade here.
M C Dutta Incharge Training Centre apprised the Chairman about the contents of the training program.
In his inaugural address Tariq underscored the need for conducting such training courses for the in-service employees more frequently as such programs enhance the knowledge and keeps abreast the employees about the changing scenario of banking system.
Tariq called upon the bank employees to render coordinated service to its clients to enable bank to tap more resources and increase its deposits. He said the bank has recently decentralized powers to various functionaries with a aim to improve the credit delivery system.
S K Mehta General Manager (Banking) and Arun Bakshi General Manager Administration were also present.
