The Banihal police arrested a person’s form village Askar who was absconding after raping a girl.
As per reports accused Azaz Ahmed S/o Ad Abdul Rashid Dar R/o Ashar, Banihal raped a girl Salma (name changed) on October 11, and fled away from the spot. The victim along with family members reported the matter to police, which started investigating the matter. On getting tip-off the accused, police raided the hideout and arrest him. A case u/376/452 RPC registered.
