| 1 killed, 2 hurt as mobike rams against tonga | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, May 28: A youth was killed and three others were wounded critically when amotorcycle rammed against a horse cart (tonga) at Kanhachak near here today.
Police said the incident occured most probably due to slip on the road caused by rains this evening. When the mobike (JK02M/8518) rammed against the horse cart, the motorcyclist was killed on the spot, while his pillion rider and two persons on the tonga, including its operator, sustained critical injuries.
The dead was identified as Udesh Kumar (28) of Gaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, and the injured as Ajay Kumar of Gaziabad, horse cart operator Fazal Ahmad, son of Mohammad Sharief of Bantalab and Mohammad Hanief, son of Allah Rakha of Gharota. The injured were admitted to the GMC Hospital. A case in this connection stands registered at the Kanhachak police station.
