Jammu, Oct 17 A landmine has been recovered from a field near international border in Samba sector, officials said today.
The anti-personal mine was detected by a civilian Tanater Singh who was grazing cattle near the border last evening, the officials said adding that he informed the BSF.
Army was also simultaneously informed, they said adding the mine was defused this morning. |
