An appeal filed by M/S Shivam Enterprises seeking setting-aside the judgment of Single Judge whereby his petition had been dismissed by the single bench. The court after hearing the parties modified the interim order whereby the FCI had been ordered to deposit 50% of the security amount as security with the registry of the high court.
