| Unlicensed drug shop sealed in Kathua | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT
JAMMU, June 5: Assistant Controller Drugs, Kathua, while conducting inspection of village Mela Tehsil Hiranagar and adjoining areas booked Roshan Lal son of Thoru Ram, resident of Mela who was found running an unlicensed drug shop which was also sealed on spot.
The Licenses of Royal Medicos and M/S Mansotra Medical hall near Sub-District Hospital Kathua were suspended for not maintaining sale purchase record of the drugs.
Assistant Controller Drug and Food control organization has impressed upon all the drug dealers to adhere to the provisions of drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 & rules there under failing which action under rules will be initiated against defaulters.
