| Lecture series in SMVDU | | | JAMMU, OCTOBER 17- A special lecture on Corporate Financial Reporting with special reference to revenue recognition, inventory management, depreciation accounting, cash and fund flow was delivered by a reputed academician of Indian Institution of Management, Lucknow, Dr Manoj Kumar at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University here today.
Dr. Kumar, an Associate Professor, has been interacting with the scholars of Business Management School in the campus for the past four days. He enriched them with the knowledge about various emerging issues in Corporate Finance and discussed Accounting Standards and their role in managing the finance of big business houses in the corporate world. He elaborated upon the integration of Indian Accounting Standards with the world standards.
