Ayurvedic Hospital organizes Medical camp | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, June 5: A free medical camp cum awareness camp was organized by the Government Ayurvedic hospital in collaboration with Vishwakarma Sabha unit Shakti Nagar and J&K Backward classes forum at Vishwakarma Sabha, Bakshi Nagar here today. A team of ayurvedic doctors led by Dr. Ashok Sharma treated about 575 patients beside free consultation. Medicine was also given free during the camp. The doctors who treated the patients were doctor Vinod Sharma, Yoga Expert, Dr. Prem Sharma, Dr. Harmeet Kaur, Dr. Deepita, Dr. Vibhuti, Dr. Sangeeta, Pharmacists, Sudesh Kumar, Mangal Singh and Rajinder Kumar. Inderjeet Dhiman, Vice Chairman Vishwakarma Biradari who inaugurated the camp said on the occasion stressed upon the people to adopt the living style supported by our age old traditions and remain healthy. Under the guidance of Minister for Health Sham Lal Sharma this department have taken many leaps head and hope it will prosper further. While appreciating the role of Govt. Ayurvedic Hospital for organizing such programme for the welfare of the poor and needy people. Raj Kumar Choudhary President J&K OBC Forum said that Govt. Ayurvedic hospital have improved its services under the present administration. He thanked the Director ISM for his support. Dr. Taran Singh Medical Superintendent of the hospital while speaking on the occasion stressed upon the citizens and opining leaders of the state to support the age old system of medicine Ayurveda, which only can make India Healthy.
