| Promotion and Adjustments of Principal Private Secretaries in High Court | | |
Jammu, October, 17:- On the recommendation of Departmental Promotion Committee, Registrar General of the State High Court Mr. Hasnain Masoodi issued orders of promotion and adjustment of Principal Private Secretaries and other Gazetted of the State High Court.
According to the order No 406 of October 17, 2006 Mr. Abdul Hamid Khan Principal Private Secretary on Supernumerary basis is temporarily promoted to the post of Principal Private Secretary at his own term in the grade of Rs 9000-14,100 and posted in the main wing of the High Court. Mr. Abdul Majid Mir Private Secretary is temporarily promoted as Principal Private Secretary in the pay-grade 9000-14,100 posted in the High Court Srinagar Wing. Mr. Tilak Raj Sharma Senior Scale is temporarily promoted to the post of Private Secretary in the pay-garde of 7500-12000 and posted in the Jammu wing of the High Court. Mr. Ved Parkash Senior Scale is temporarily promoted as Private Secretary in the pay-grade of 7500-12000 and posted in the Jammu wing of the High, Mr. Asif Iqbal Mahajan who was temporarily appointed as Reader subject to passing of test/examination, is selected and appointed temporarily as reader in the pay-grade of Rs 7500-12000 from the date the official took over and joined such in the High Court, his selection is however is subject to outcome of writ petition and passing of computer test with in three months. Mr. Abdul Rashid Dar Senior Scale Stenographer (law graduate) is temporarily promoted as reader in the pay-garde of 7500-12000 and posted in the Srinagar wing of the High court, his promotion is however subject to passing of computer test within three months. Mr. Amjad Ahmed Lone Junior Stenographer presently posted in the District Court Baramulla is temporarily appointed as Sr. Scale Stenographer in the grade 6500-10500 in relaxation of qualification bar and posted in the main wing of the High Court. Mr. Abdul Qayoom Lone Junior Stenographer presently posted in Court of CJM Handwara is selected and temporarily promoted as Sr. Scale Stenographer in the grade 6500-10500. |
