| Court issues notice to JKCA secretary, treasurer | | | EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, June 7: Additional District Judge Jammu has issued notices to the general secretary and treasurer of the Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) asking them to clarify position with regard to non-compliance of the court orders issued on April 17. The court, acting on a contempt application filed by Parveen Kapahi in a case against JKCA general secretary, Salim Khan and others through separate notices, asked the two top office bearers of the sports body to clarifying their position before the court on June 28. The notices issued on June five were the outcome of the contempt application filed by Parveen Kapahi, requesting the court to act in view of violation of the order dated April 17 wherein the JKCA was restrained from taking any policy decision (activities) till the matter is resolved.
