Sharma stresses sanitation around religious places

District President National Conference (NC) Disrtrict Jammu ( Urban) Chander Mohan Sharma in a statement has impressed upon the state government and the Municipal authorities to take up all the minor/major works to beautify the Idgah premises for the Eid festival. He also suggested that two more gates on the main road should be opened up for the people who visit to attend prayers. He ground condition of Idgah is deplorable and needs immediate proper repairs. The drains around the premises should be cleaned up, repaired and fumigated regularly. The streets lights of Idgah rood are not functional for the last more than five years and these should be made functional.
Sharma also said that in view of the Diwali festival courtyard of temples and its surroundings should be properly cleaned up and got fumigated. He said in view of the two major festivals there should be no power cut during these festivals days especially evening hours be regulated properly to all parts of the town.
