A grand Iftar party was hosted by 12 RR here at Banihal in which hundreds of Muslims and non-Muslims participated. Continuing its goodwill gesture to win hearts of the people 12 RR organized a big function where dates, wazwan and sweets were served to the people who attended the function.
Imams of local Masjids, Muftis, students of different Madrasas, local politicians, govt officials, media persons& employees of IRCON & HCC. The villagers of Doohgam, Bankot, Gund, Chamalvas, Krawa, Kaskoot, Lambar, Asshar, Zeehal, Nagbal, Holin & Monu Mangat also attend the function.
Commanding officer Col. Rajnesh Kumar assured every possible help to the people Bnihal. He further assured the public for cooperation rehabilitation, encouragement & social workings.
