JAMMU, June 10: Directorate of School Education, Jammu has accorded approval for engagement of 350 fresh Rehbar-e-Taleem Teachers (RETs) in different districts of Jammu division. As per Director School Education, Jammu, Zahida Khan 141 RETs have also been regularized as general line teachers under Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) scheme.
The district wise break up includes 13 ReTs engaged in Jammu, 27 in Kathua, 53 in Ramban, 16 in Kishtwar and 93 in Reasi. In district Samba 13 ReTs were engaged and 25 ReTs were regularized, in Udhampur 49 ReTs were engaged and 37 regularized, in Rajouri 69 ReTs engaged and 77 were regularized and in Doda 2 ReTs were regularized.
