| Declare KP's as economically, socially deprived community: Vision Kashmir | | | Early Times Report Jammu, June 10: the executive committee members of vision Kashmir in a meeting chaired by Sunil fotedar expressed dissatisfaction over the visit of Prime Minister to the valley, terming the visit as issueless and unmeaning full, as the visit was aimed to appease the populace of Kashmir region and ignoring the Jammu regions of the state. Fotedar expressed anguish over the Prime minister's offer for talks with separatist's he said that separatist's responsible for the turmoil and plight of the state, does not represent Hindus, Sikhs and Buddhists of the state. It is only the pressure of the international community to the govt. of India to hold talks with these antinationalist forces. Thus separating the state by way of sentimental exclusion from the Indian secular polity. Sanjay Chowgami secretary of the organization took serious note over the remarks of the Prime minister over human right violation and said that the historical human right violation which tool place with K.P's which rendered them rootless and homeless remained unattended by the govt. both at centre and state and now by and large due to the pressure of the separatists, Prime Minister was forced to make commitments over the issue of human rights voilitations during his recent visit to the valley. He further reminded the alleged human rights voilitations which took place with the hapless community where their properties were looted, brunt destroyed, women folk raped, murdered and tortured and the centre govt. being silent specter over the gross human rights voilitations with the community, which the world community had duty acknowledged and agreed upon. He said govt. failed in addressing their basic issues viz-a-viz, Judicial commission to probe the genocide of KP's displaced Hindus be declared as economically and socially deprived community, constitution of state minority commission and granting minority status to the community living in the exile and appointment of custodian to take into control and look after the left over properties of the uprooted community and passage of kashmiri Hindus Shrines and religious places bill. He appealed the govt. of India to consider the demand of carving out separate enclave with autonomous political and administrative region for the exiled community. Among others Ashok Koul Bhat, Vikram Razdan, Raja Ji Tutoo, Sudhir and Sandeep also addressed the meeting.
