Jammu, June 10: the J&K Sangram Seva (SS) framed executive body for ward No 21, Gandhinagar electing Rajesh Soodan as it president. The other members elected are Shiv Sharma, Parveen Kumar, Darshan Singh, Yash Paul Singh, Rakesh Kumar Gupta, Hemmu 'Hemraj', Sandeep Singh, Arvind Bhagat, Chhang Bhagat, Autar Gill, Shan Baz Khan and Devinder Singh.
