Early Times Report Jammu, June 10: Abdikunj organized a programme on 'world environment day' at its literary centre, Talab Tillo which was presided over by an eminent Dogri poet short story writer Dr. Inderjit Kesar, while Santosh Sangra a famous Hindi Dogri poeters was the chief guest. On the occasion speakers highlighted the importance of the environment and appeal to the people to save environment for feature generation. In the literary session, Sham Talib presented a special urdu write up on the various aspects of word Environment Day-awareness- Titled Zamin Behtar Na Behtar Aasman Apna. The other presentations were included-An Urdu- Write upElama Iqbal Aur Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru, Ek-Mulaqat by Muni Lal Puri, a Dogri short story read out by Majit Anwar Aighazi- The Title- Jall Garjal, a Hindi write up Muskmahat-Ki-Saza, read out by K.L. Dewana- another Dogri short story- Lawaris by Smt. Santosh Sangra, In the second phase of various poets recited their poetic versus on the different aspects of world Environment Day. The poets were included Chander Ved Parkash, Inderjit Kesar, Ushaq Kishtwari, Ved Upul, Majid Anwar, Dr. Bharat Bhushan Gupta, Sanjeev Kumar, K.L. Dewana, Muni Lal Puri. Daya Ram Deya, Co. Jaswant Singh, Rajeev Kumar, Ravi Rohmetra, D.N. Sharma, Karan Gupta, Santosh Sangra and Sham Talib.
