JAMMU, June 10: An engineering college student and his cousin were arrested by police here today along with sharp-edged weapons. They were identified as Abhimanyu Sharma, an engineering college student, of Chhani Himmat and Vikrant of Butiyal, Udhampur.
Police sources said they were going to attack their rival when police caught hold of them outside St Peter school on B C Road. Their sustained interrogation was on.
