UDHAMPUR OCT-17- Lt Gen.Rajender Singh Chief of the Staff Headquarters Northern Command today inaugurated a Diwali Mela organized by Army Wives Welfare Association (AWWA). The Mela would remain open to the troops, civilians and their families stationed here from October 17-19,2006.
The Mela will have a variety of amusement activities, games stalls, horse and camel riding, giant wheel, swimming boats and many other such facilities of fun and frolic.
