SRINAGAR, June 13: Aqib Nasir, Sami, Amir Mansoor and Zahoor Ahmed today qualified for the second round of pre-quarterfinals of junior snooker event in the ongoing 20th District Srinagar Billiards and Snooker Championships underway at Hotel Poshwant, Raj Bagh, here. It was an easy sailing for Amir Mansoor who beat Arjun Suri in easy straight frames while Aquib, Sami and Zahoor had to undergo some difficult moments before they emerged winner."A good number of 32 young boys turned up for junior snooker event this time which is being conducted at billiards hall of a city hotel. Only four matches could be played today as it will take another two days to complete the first round," organizing secretary of the championships, Umar Himayoon.
