| JKVDA felicitates veterinarians selected for I.A.S | | |

JAMMU, June 13: The veterinarians selected for Indian administrate service (I.A.S) for the state were felicitated by J&K veterinary doctors association (JKVDA) at an impressive function held here today. The programme was chaired by Dr. MT Krishan president of the association and attended by a large number of veterinarians. Dr Krishan congratulated Dr Shahid Iqbal, Dr Arshdeep Singh and Dr. Showkat Ahmed Parray for their grand success in civil services examination and expressed best wishes from the JKVDA for their future. Dr. Anil Bakshi, Dr. SS Jasrotia, Dr AH Mirza and Dr ML Sharma who have retired after a laudible service in the animal / sheep husbandry department were given farewell. The speakers expressed that veterinarians are now proving their worth and talent for bringing the animal production sector in J&K state to excellence as animal production sector had the potential to bring economic revolution in J&K State. The speakers who spoke on the occasion included Dr RK Anand, Dr CK Bakshi, Dr Mohd Sajid, and Dr. Majid Iqbal Malik.
