KISHTWAR, June 13: All arrangements for celebration of Annual Urs of Hazarat Shah Mohd Fari-ud-Din Bhagadadi at Shrine complex on June 21st were discussed and finalized in an officers meeting held here today. Meeting was presided over by District Development Commissioner, Kishtwar G R Bhagat. Civil and police officers, transport functionaries and disciples of both Ziarats of twon were present. Smooth celebration of Urs was deliberated to which provisions of drinking water, power supply security, ration, medical facilities, transport, streetlights, public convenience, Fire
Services, establishment of inquiry, complain centers during were discussed threadbare. Cleanliness drive of township to give festive look for devotees likely to attend the shrine was launched.
Addressing meeting, DDC asked participants to ensure all facilities to devotees on the occasion of Urs Sharief.
He also stressed upon them to gear up their efforts regarding departmental exhibition on occasion for boosting and promoting tourism and local cultural heritage of district at large scale.
